Whether you like yours shaken or stirred, I went to sip artfully delicious martinis created by some of the area's best bartenders. The back drop of the art museum with the beautifully displayed local art only made it better. I especially enjoyed the exhibit detailing the life of Numm. You'll have to visit to see what it is but I promise, you won't be disappointed. Create Bistro, Finn and Circa 1918 were my top contenders for the night.
Creat Bistro rocked with a Cezanne's South Pacific martini of Absolute Grapevine, dragon fruit, papaya, guava and nutmeg. It married wonderfully with a rock shrimp and avacado ceviche parfait. The parfait combined the shrimp, avocado with local tomato and cumcumber and mango ginger puree. In three words, oh, la la. Okay, five words, absolutely delish!
Fin brought it with an Almond Joy martini and paired it with a flourless chocolate cake with toasted coconut and macadamia nut and ice cream. Oh, and don't forget the liquid nitrogen.

This bartender was a treat to watch as he skillfully assembled his treat, the Art Deco S'more Martini. That's right, a martini with chocolate, fluff, grahm cracker and don't forget the vodka.
Lastly, I must not forget the Hilton Tavern and Saisaki who were also representing the area's best.
